No matter you have a Pit-bull, English Mastiff, Rottweiler or any other
large breed dog they should be pampered. Getting a pet bed for your dog does not need to be a hard task, be
aware of your pets sleeping habit to assist you to make a decision on a style of bed.
Ahead of getting a bed for your dog, it's important to think about a
couple of tips to look for. My suggestion is always to get a bed that has a cover which can be taken away as a
way to wash it. One more thing to bear in mind is the color of the bed, in case your dog sheds a lot you can get
a dog bed that suits your dogs fur to keep the dog bed from becoming an eye sore.
A micro velvet donut dog bed is perfect for all around comfort and ease
for your best friend. The inner cushions and covers are machine cleanable. It is available in chocolate bones,
ocean, cashew, eggplant, granite, sage, walnut and wine. It is a cuddly and soft bed that your dog will love, in
case you're lucky your dog will prefer its new bed as opposed to the couch!
Petsmart provides a number of pet beds for large breed dogs. My pit loves
his orthopedic dog bed that I ordered from them. It has 7" thick foam which makes it extremely comfy and is 50
inches in dimension. The cover zips off easily which makes for simple cleaning so my Beau has a nice clean
bed.
Is your pooch more like an indoor pet? A dog corner bed would be great for
the pooch then. It's an huge dog bed that fits into any corner of your property. Not only will your dog be nice
and comfy you don't have to bother about his bed using half of your living room floor. The cover is removable,
cleanable and dryable. It comes in 4 different colors; khaki, brown plaid, hunter plaid and
gray.
Wal-Mart offers a basic 27x36 soft spot pet bed for $16.88. It truly does
work for dogs in weight of up to 60lbs. It is a rectangle-shaped pillow with a removable cover that is machine
cleanable. It is also a 'green' bed, filled up with 100% recycled soft polyester fiber. If your dog weights a
little more then 60lbs but no more then 75lbs then I recommend the 35x44 soft spot undoable bed. It's very quite
similar bed as the one listed above just a little bigger to allow more space for a 'bigger'
dog.
As I said above, pay attention to how your dog sleeps in advance of
choosing a pet bed for him. Based on what you are planning to spend on a bed and what position your dog sleeps
in one of the five beds I have advised above will with some luck work for you and your
pooch
